Overview

In this online training program, students will be introduced to Amazon Web Services (AWS) products, services, and common solutions. Students will be provided with fundamentals to become more proficient in identifying AWS services so that they can make well-informed decisions about IT solutions based on their business requirements. Students will then learn how to create automatable and repeatable deployments of networks and systems on the AWS platform. AWS System Operations is a program for System Administrators and Developer Operations personnel and will cover the specific AWS features and tools related to configuration and deployment, as well as common techniques used throughout the industry for configuring and deploying systems.

Upon completion of this program you will be prepared to sit for the AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate exam, the registration fee for this exam is included with this program.

This program is entirely online and is completed at your own pace. When you register, you receive twelve (12) months to complete this program.

Requirements

This program can be taken from either a Mac or a PC. It is compatible with the Windows 7 and later operating systems, Mac OS X 10.6 or higher, Firefox, Chrome, Safari 8, or IE 11 and later browsers. There are no specific computer requirements other than an Internet connection, e-mail account. We recommend a wired connection with a download speed of at least 700Kbps.  This program is mobile compatible with iOS 10 or later and Android 4.4 or later. It is compatible with Chrome, Firefox, Safari (iOS), and Android native browser mobile browsers.
