Upon completing the Linux+ course, you will be qualified to work in a variety of roles supporting Linux technology. You will have the hands-on skills necessary to succeed in marketing yourself towards these types of positions. You will start at the basics of Linux; ensuring you understand the fundamentals of the technology. The course then progressively becomes more advanced as you will learn all areas of the Linux infrastructure, from basic set-up to high level support.

You will be qualified for positions such as; Linux Administrator, Network Support, Network Technician, and many others. While Microsoft makes up a large percentage of the overall market, Linux is more popular within larger corporate infrastructures, thereby providing you with the ability to apply for positions within these larger organizations. You will also gain invaluable skill-sets that are highly in demand in the work force.

You will also be able to login via virtual machines to live infrastructure and practice on live environments. Live Labs provide a true “hands-on” experience, right from the comfort of one’s home or office. You will have full access to a variety of preconfigured virtual exercises as well as the ability to practice without restriction on the lab equipment.
