Mindfulness Yoga

Take an hour mini vacay twice a week this fall in Mindfulness Yoga! This class is a great place to start yoga and learn how to let go of stress in the body and mind. You'll increase your flexibility and focus in this 60 minute class that includes 40 minutes of full body Hatha Yoga and 20 minutes of meditation. Classes will progress from week to week as you learn more about yoga and meditation in each session.

Students will need to bring a yoga mat to each class, yoga blocks are optional.  

To register and pay for this course using your MSU AR account complete a Payment Authorization Form and send to cce@ext.msstate.edu for processing.
