Meditation 101: A Beginner's Guide to Techniques, Benefits, and How-To

Meditation is an approach to training the mind, similar to the way that fitness is an approach to training the body. In this class for beginners you will learn what meditation is, the benefits of meditation, different meditation techniques (breathing, visualization, etc.) and how to meditate.
