CrossFit Bootcamp

Looking for a way to get and stay in shape? CrossFit bootcamp classes are designed to give you a total body workout and improve your overall fitness level without heavy weight lifting. Coach Chase Taylor, owner of Taylor Made CrossFit has designed a program that will get you in shape with workouts that incorporate ropes, medicine balls, boxes, kettlebells, pull-up bars, and more.  Bootcamp classes are great for all people of all ages and fitness levels.  Sign up today and get in shape and have fun doing it!

Meets: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6:30–7:30AM

Session 1: September 5, 7, 12, 14, 19, 21, 26, 28

Session 2: October 3, 5, 10, 12, 17, 19, 24, 26, 31

Session 3: November 2, 7, 9, 14, 16, 21, 28, 30

Supplies: Please bring a good supply of water or sport drink and come dressed in comfortable workout attire.

To register and pay for this course using your MSU AR account complete a Payment Authorization Form and send to cce@ext.msstate.edu for processing. 

Cost: $79 per session, or $225 to enroll in all three
