Advanced Cake Decorating
Want to take your cake decorating skills to the next level? In our Advanced Cake Decorating class, Daphne McKibben will teach you different stacking techniques for multi-tiered special occasion cakes, how to work with fondant, how to make chocolate sauces and garnishes, and Swiss meringue buttercream. This course will build upon beginner cake decorating skills and give you the confidence you need to take on more challenging cake designs.
Students must have completed Beginner Cake Decorating or have basic cake decorating skills to enroll in this class.
