Want to have fun while you get in shape? Sign up for CrossFit Bootcamp! These classes are designed to improve your overall fitness by giving you a total body workout. 'Taylor Made CrossFit' Coach, Chase Taylor, has designed a program to improve your overall fitness and strength without heavy weightlifting. Learn how to incorporate ropes, medicine balls, boxes, kettleballs, pull-up bars, and more into your fitness routine. Bootcamp classes are fun for all ages and fitness levels.
Session 2: October 3, 5, 10, 12, 17, 19, 24, 26, 31
Session 3: November 2, 7, 9, 14, 16, 21, 28, 30
Supplies: Please bring a good supply of water or sport drink and come dressed in comfortable workout attire.
